Postage is charged at £3 for second class post and £4 for first class post for UK customers.
For European customers postage is charged at £5 per order.
Can I return my sling?
If your sling is faulty please contact us so we can work out a solution for you.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can contact us to arrange to return it. We accept returns within 2 weeks of receipt of the sling if the sling is in an as new condition. Postage will not be refunded. Please contact us before returning a sling as unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Which sling is the best choice for me?
Please have a look at our which sling section. Of course we are also happy to advise you personally. Feel free to contact us with any question you may have.
Can I come and have a look?
Yes, if you live in the north east of Scotland please contact us and we can arrange something. Dates of any fairs etc will be in our news section.
How fast do you ship?
We always aim to ship the next working day with in stock items. If something needs to be ordered in we will keep you up to date on an expected delivery date.
Can I have that sling in a different print?
If you want a sling we normally stock in a different print or colour way please contact us and we will try our best to get you what you want.
